Who we are

What we collect

When you send a form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address (optional), business details, location and message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from a campaign link, the campaign name. We store a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address to stop spam; we do not store the address itself.

Investor applications

If you apply as an investor we also collect your country, organisation, intended investment range, purpose and timeline. These applications are visible only to a small number of senior Hizabrun administrators and are used only to respond to you. Please do not send identity documents or payment details through this website. Submitting an application does not create an investment agreement.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, assess distributor and business applications, and improve our service. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Hizabrun staff handling sales, distribution and customer care. Our website host stores the data on our behalf.

Analytics cookies

If analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics only after you choose "Allow analytics". You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Counting visits

To learn which pages help people, this website counts visits and button taps (such as WhatsApp or call). It uses no cookies for this and does not store your IP address. Each count is a one-way scrambled code that cannot be traced back to you and changes every day, so we cannot follow you from one day to the next. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we do not count you.

Maps and your location

On the Where to buy page, "Find shops near me" uses your phone's location only on your phone to sort the list; we never receive it. A map from OpenStreetMap loads only if you tap "Show map"; OpenStreetMap then sees your connection address, as any website would.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are needed to deal with your request and our business records, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use. Write to the email address above.
